PARA LOS FANATICOS DE MEGADETH!!
New York, NY: Heavy metal institution Megadeth have announced ENDGAME as the title of their twelfth studio album. The album is expected to be released in September through Roadrunner Records. It was recorded at the band’s self-built brand new studio, Vic’s Garage, located near San Diego and named after the legendary and iconic Vic Rattlehead character.
ENDGAME is being produced by Andy Sneap and Dave Mustaine, who also manned the boards for 2007’s United Abominations. Some track titles include “Headcrusher,” “1,320’,” “How the Story Ends” and “This Day We Fight!”
ENDGAME boasts the technicality, ferocity and snarl that’s synonymous with Megadeth and their leader, Dave Mustaine. It’s a violent masterwork that represents Mustaine’s best work in nearly two decades. In a musical world dominated by bands that make generic blanket statements, ENDGAME finds Mustaine, once again, making informed and substantial lyrical declarations about the state of the world we live in.
Mustaine himself commented on ENDGAME, saying, “Thematically, I’ve never been known to be a silent bystander in a world that needs our participation. As more is revealed about our former President’s legacy, a little-known yet staggeringly frightening document, which was signed into law, named ‘ENDGAME,’ has been uncovered. The album ‘ENDGAME’ is the most energetic music offering I have penned in over a decade and is far more believable than knowing someone signed ‘ENDGAME’ -the document- into law. The album is also the perfect ‘ass- kicking’ music to listen to once you are done reading the aforementioned document!”

Hablando de guitarras...1º parte
B. C. Rich
B.C. Rich es un manufactor de guitarras y de bajos, conocidas por sus formas extrañas y por el popular uso en bandas de metal. Historia La compañía de manufactura de guitarra B.C. Rich se creó en el año 1970 por Bernardo Chavez Rico, principalmente como reparador de guitarras españolas. Posteriormente Bernie se expandió hacia el mercado de las guitarras eléctricas de cuerpo sólido después de la reparación de la rotura del mástil de la guitarra de Bo Diddley. Rico adopto B.C. Rich como nombre profesional y empezó con la manufactura de guitarras tipo Les Paul. Más tarde fabricó otros modelos como Bich, Eagle, o Warlock. Cuando la popularidad y la demanda creció, Rico quiso fabricar guitarras en masa a un precio inferior respeto a otras marcas. B.C. Rico fue el nombre dado a las guitarras B.C. Rich manufacturadas en Japón y vendidas en los Estados Unidos, la intención de cuyo nombre era distinguir entre las guitarras originales y las importadas, pero fue abandonado debido a problemas legales. Estas guitarras japonesas (después manufacturadas en Corea) se conocían como NJ series, Nagoya Japan, el lugar donde estaban manufacturadas. NJ todavía sigue importando guitarras y bajos para B.C. Rich, como las series Platinum y Bronze. Las guitarras B.C. Rico y las primeras guitarras NJ, fueron construidas por el sistema neck through (guitarra de una pieza), por eso fueron considerados instrumentos de buena construcción. Las guitarras actuales de importación la mayoría están fabricadas mediante el sistema bolt-on (mástil pegado al cuerpo), excepto las series NJ, así permitiendo a los iniciados al mundo de la guitarra poseer una guitarra no muy cara y de forma no habitual a la común.
